You can see future appointments, unscheduled treatment, and insurance payments. Use the corresponding link to log in or first time users can register. Cook Club Dashboard

Cook Club members may log into their membership dashboard to make changes 24/7 or call for assistance with changing the card on file, signing up, or cancellation. You can even add family members!
